Please ask any questions prior to placing orders.

All items are subject to availability. If an item is not available, your payment will be refunded and you will be notified by email.

We make every effort to ensure that the information on our website is accurate, complete and current. Despite our efforts, there may be instances when information about a product or service contains inaccurate or incomplete or outdated data, including data about the product's price or availability. We make no warranty or guarantee that the information on this website is error-free, complete, or current. We reserve the right to correct errors and/or update the content on our website at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order containing any error or inaccuracy, including after the order has been submitted, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge. If product is marked "in stock" is not available, you will be notified and if you have already made a payment you will be refunded.

All of our products are top quality, brand new, in original factory sealed packaging and are not used or refurbished. They come with full manufacturer's USA warranty.

Payments can only be accepted if shipping address is identical to the billing address on file with the credit card issuing company. Otherwise your payment will be declined and nothing will be shipped.

The person whose name appears on the credit card used for placing order must show valid government issued photo ID when signing for receipt of the shipment. 

If irregularities, misrepresentations or possibility of fraud is are suspected  after shipment of the order, we reserve the right to stop delivery of the order prior to delivery and return it to our warehouse. In such cases a non-refundable restocking fee of 50% will be charged, plus the shipping, handling and insurance costs for sending and returning the shipment. Changes to delivery address, shipping means, re-routing or any other changes will not be allowed.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

Taxes & Fees:

CA residents will be charged sales tax.

CA residents purchasing display products (LCD, LED, Plasma, CRT) are required to pay CA Electronic Waste Recycling Fees. Covered Products include the following (Screen larger than 4 inches diagonal):

  • CRT Televisions, Monitors
  • LCD Televisions, Monitors
  • LCD Televisions, Monitors
  • Plasma Televisions, Monitors
  • Laptop Computers Containing LCD screens
  • DVD Players with Screen

Payments:


At this time we only accept payments via PayPal from verified PayPal customers.

Shipping:

We only ship to the 48 contiguous states. We do not ship to APO’s, FPO’s, US Territories or other countries.

We only ship if shipping and billing addresses are identical.

All orders will be processed within 5 working days.

Please allow about 2-3 weeks for delivery once the order has been processed.

Please note that we are closed during weekends and holidays.

If an ordered item is not available or out of stock we will inform you as soon as possible and will provide you a full refund.

Confirmation of your order and delivery will be sent via e-mail or a phone call. Outside shipping company will contact you directly to arrange for a convenient delivery time. (You will experience delays if the shipping company cannot contact you). To track your shipment using this method, click here.

Larger items will be shipped via trucking companies which provide “curb-side” deliveries, only. This delivery type is used for heavy and oversized items (TVs, large furniture and appliances). Curbside Delivery service provides delivery of your item(s) to the curb at the end of your driveway. This service does not include set up or assembly of items or removal of packaging materials.

Your item will be shipped by a freight carrier to a local delivery terminal.  The delivery terminal will call you when your item arrives to schedule a delivery appointment. Deliveries are typically made between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Friday and will be scheduled as a four-hour window.

Your item will be delivered by a single delivery person.  The delivery person is only required to deliver the item to the curb, but may help someone carry the item inside your home to the first floor only.  

A signature is required for all deliveries. The driver is unable to complete delivery without a signed delivery receipt.

White Glove service may be available at an addition cost for larger items such as TVs, appliances and furniture. Please email us for details prior to placing orders.


What to Do Upon Delivery

Upon delivery of the products and especially delicate items such as TVs it is extremely important that you inspect the products upon delivery before signing the delivery receipt. 

Personally inspect and verify that the items you have received are what you had ordered. It is useful to have your original Purchase Order / Sales Receipt for this purpose. If there is damage to any box, it must be opened and if there is damage to the product, please refuse the delivery. 

Any damage to the boxes must be noted in detail on the delivery receipt (Bill of Lading) even if the products appear fine (there can always be internal damage that is not visible but found after closer inspection after the delivery person has left). You or the driver must then write “PRODUCT(S) DAMAGED” clearly on the delivery receipt (Bill of Lading) and ask the driver to read, sign and make a detailed note describing all of the damages on each damaged box on the Bill of Lading. If possible, please provide digital photos of the damaged product, its packaging, serial number to help us serve you better.  

Damaged items identified as such, will be inspected after return to suppliers and will be replaced with an identical model or your payment will be refunded. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the refunds to your account.

If the box is unharmed upon delivery, please make sure to write "Subject To Inspection" on the delivery receipt and inspect the product as soon as possible.  Any damage in this instance must be reported to the carrier as well as us within 24 hours.
